A Hands-On Approach to Hardwood Flooring

For Chris, flooring is a hands-on trade built around craftsmanship, careful decisions, and doing right by the customer. With 17 years of experience in the flooring industry and four generations of flooring knowledge behind him, he brings an established understanding of wood floors to every project.

Chris got into flooring because he enjoys working with his hands and seeing how beautifully crafted hardwood can change the look and feel of a home. Over the years, that interest developed into a commitment to helping homeowners install, restore, and refinish hardwood floors with careful attention to detail. Today, we primarily work on residential projects while also taking on commercial flooring work.

Personal involvement is an important part of how we work. Chris works with customers from the initial planning through project completion rather than rushing them through decisions. We explain available options, discuss the condition of the flooring, and recommend a direction based on the customer’s home, style, needs, and budget.

That approach is particularly important when dealing with older or worn hardwood. Scratches, discoloration, dull areas, and an outdated stain do not necessarily mean the entire floor needs to be replaced. When restoration is practical, we help customers understand how sanding, staining, and refinishing could preserve their existing hardwood. When new flooring makes more sense, we can guide them through installation options as well.

From hardwood floor refinishing and sanding to installation, staining, stairs, and railings, our goal is straightforward: provide careful workmanship, clear communication, and personal service throughout the project.
